Dosage for CBD

If you suffer from anxiety or depression, CBD is a great natural alternative to help relieve these symptoms. As humans, we have receptors that respond to cannabinoids found in cannabis/hemp. This receptor is called CB1 and CB2. These receptor are located in the brain and throughout the nervous system. CBD contains an anxiolytic-like compound which helps combat anxiety/depression. Anxiety and depression are also prevalent throughout the nervous system and brain. This makes CBD an excellent natural solution. It also works for social anxiety really well. Another great benefit to CBD is it helps to combat inflammation of the intestinal tract. This is good news for anyone suffering from IBS, Crohns or any other intestinal disorders. I personally know it works because it’s helped me greatly. I suffered from severe IBS all my life and for the first time in years, I feel relief. CBD is also an antioxidant. This is beneficial because antioxidants protect our cells against the effects of free radicals. CBD also helps stop seizures. Which makes it a great natural product for epilepsy.

Full-spectrum CBD contains more of the plant's nutrition including terpenes, essential fatty acids, protein, vitamins, and minerals.

The right dose of CBD for you is 1-6 mg of CBD per 10 pounds of body weight.

A 150-pound person would use between 15-25 mg of CBD as a start per dose. A standard dropper produces 20 drops per milliliter (20 drops = 1ML = 7 MG)

For general well being: 2.5 to 15 mg CBD per day

For chronic pain: 2.5-20 mg CBD per day

For sleep: 40 to 120 mg CBD per day
